Nvolve Limited have developed a LMS which combines the powerful features of

providers in the hope of extending their product functionality into the data area

management system. It is now their plan to make contact with talent management human

falling into the talent management area by mistake. Lots of them have the three core
components; Performance systems, LMS and HR systems but few of them have any of
these integrated therefore none of these are managed correctly nor are they getting
the maximum benefit of having them. We do a lot of the integration for them but have
decided by partnering with some of these other vendors, Nvolve plan to offer a fully
integrated talent management system".
